Pilates is a form of exercise where you will strengthen and stretch your muscles while using balance and proper alignment. We will explore how to locate and activate your deep core muscles to help alleviate back pain and other complaints, by using a variety of exercises all done on the floor. Instructor: Karyn. Cost: 1st class free, $14/class, 10 classes for $120.
