Hatha 4 Health will be focusing on using yoga techniques to stretch and engage your muscles, stimulate and increase blood flow to your organs and glands, while building focus and peace of mind. H4H is taught in a more masculine style, which can be supportive of your growth in assertiveness and having clear boundaries. Breathing exercises will be included. Instructor: Jon.
